The Bordeaux metropolitan area currently has :
- 318 spaces equipped with recharging stations in public car parks managed by Metpark.

The Bordeaux Métropole charging network used to be available free of charge for electric vehicles, but from 2 November 2021, this network will become chargeable throughout the city. - For car parks open to the public (intermediate target): an aid rate of 30 % and an amount of €1,000 excluding VAT,
- For company fleets and employees of short-term rental vehicles: an aid rate of 20 % and a fixed amount of €600 excluding VAT.
IMPORTANT: these bonuses for charging points open to the general public in private car parks and for intermediate target groups (hotels, restaurants and shops), will be withdrawn from the ADVENIR programme on 1 August 2023.
Good to know: the Advenir programme offers new support for automotive service professionals, by entering into a partnership with Mobilians, an employers' organisation. - ADVENIR programme This programme also applies to you, if you live in a collective residence. This means that all residents of collective housing can have access to charging stations.
Depending on the type of use (individual or collective use), the amount of the premium per recharging point may vary:
- For individual use 50 % in aid rate and a ceiling of €960 excluding VAT per recharging point,
- For shared use 50 % in aid rate and a ceiling of €1,660 excluding VAT per recharging point,
- MaPrimeRénov' Whether you own your own home, rent a home or live in rent-free accommodation, you can also benefit from a tax credit if you are installing charging points in your main or second home. The aim of the scheme is to reduce installation costs, regardless of income.
The amount of the tax credit for the installation of an electric vehicle charging point is :
- 500 per charging system for a connected charging point
- 300 per charging system for a non-connected charging point, with or without load shedding
Good to know: the tax credit for installing a home charging point has been extended until 31 December 2025. What's more, as of 1 August 2022, the eligibility conditions for individual charging points in collective residences have changed. From now on, only T2S single-phase charging points will be eligible for the ADVENIR programme.
