The Occitanie region is establishing itself as a key player in the transition to electric mobility in France. At the beginning of 2025, it will have around 10,154 recharging points for electric vehiclesThis makes it one of the best-equipped regions in the country. This infrastructure, spread across the whole of the region, meets the needs of both urban and rural users. With a growing density of charging points and improving geographical coverage, Occitanie is facilitating the adoption of electric vehicles in a region where long-distance travel is commonplace.
The region's commitment is reflected in the diversification of the types of charging points available: conventional alternating current (AC) charging points for everyday charging and fast or ultra-fast direct current (DC) charging points for longer journeys. The local authorities and the region are actively supporting these initiatives through subsidies and innovative projects, such as the development of infrastructure associated with renewable energies. These efforts are part of a drive to combine sustainable mobility and energy transition.
With the number of electric vehicles on the road rising steadily, the Occitanie region is playing a leading role in the national objective of achieving 400,000 public charging points by 2030. Thanks to its strategic investments and regional coverage, the region is helping to democratise ecomobility while meeting the environmental and economic challenges of the energy transition.

After 3 weeks of use, I'm completely satisfied with this bollard. It's very discreet and can be controlled remotely using an intuitive application.
Very good operation. Installation of a charging point. Very satisfied with the result.
Many thanks to Mr Ulysse DESTOM for his support. He was able to answer all our questions, even late at night. An exceptional follow-up, thank you again!
Meeting deadlines. Clean work.
Dynamic company motivated by customer satisfaction: very quick turnaround, good value for money for the products offered and commitments kept. I highly recommend them.
Hello, Are you looking for a charging point to recharge your vehicle at home? Look no further than beev, great value for money and incredibly efficient service before, during and after! I'd recommend beev with my eyes closed and I really don't regret it. A big thank you to Mr Emmanuel for his professionalism! And well done to the installer who did a great job. Neat work, thank you very much 🙏
New hybrid car, so information about a charging point. After various conversations with competitors, the cost was around €2,000.... Then a call from BEEV, Sofiane explained that, given my hybrid vehicle, a simple reinforced socket would do the job and cost me much less. The only condition is that it has to be fitted by a professional. He could have sold me a plug like the competitors, but he didn't, which shows how serious the BEEV employees are. I did not do business with BEEV, but I would recommend 1000% for their reliability and honesty. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Special mention to Sofiane... Thank you again for your professionalism (it's not commonplace any more... Don't change!!!).
Throughout the process of converting to electric, I benefited from relevant advice in line with my needs, clear explanations and close contact with Amine, which made every stage of the transition much easier. I would recommend Beev's advice and support.
We were delighted to work with Beev. We were accompanied throughout our project by Ulysse Destom, who had the patience to answer our questions and managed to get us an appointment with the installer very quickly. We are delighted and highly recommend Beev for the installation of your charging point.
I contacted BEEV to look for a vehicle and I absolutely had to take out a leasing contract. Léo Chaput was very professional and serious with me: he is available, responsive and motivated. In the end, the offers are much better with a leasing contract, but Mr Chaput is not responsible.

While the European Union plans to ban the sale of new combustion-powered vehicles throughout the EU by 2035As a result, there will be greater demand for electric vehicles from motorists over the next few years. To meet this demand, it will be necessary to install charging points so that all motorists can have easy access to recharging their vehicles.
As we mentioned earlier, as well as meeting demand, the region wants to become the benchmark for electric mobility.

You can't install an electric charging point yourself, unless you're an IRVE (Infrastructure de Recharge pour Véhicule Électrique) certified installer. In accordance with the decree of 12 January 2017 (no. 2017-26)Under the terms of the decree, it is compulsory to use an installer with probationary or definitive IRVE qualification. The decree also stipulates that the charging point must have a power rating of more than 3.7 kW. This means you can benefit from theADVENIR assistance.
If you're interested in the subject, there are specialised training courses for becoming an IRVE installer. To do so, turn to Qualifelec and AFNORTo find out more, read the list of organisations approved to issue IRVE certification. To find out more, read this article which gives you information on become an IRVE installer.
If you are a private individual wishing to install an electric vehicle charging point, you can take advantage of two complementary financial support schemes:
The ADVENIR programme :
This programme supports the installation of charging points, particularly in collective residences. For individual use, you can receive aid of 50 % of the installation cost, with a ceiling of €600 excluding VAT per charging point. If you live in a condominium, specific assistance is available for collective infrastructures, up to €5,000 excluding VAT for infrastructure and roadwork.
These two schemes can be combined, offering significant financial support for the installation of your charging point. Make sure the installation is carried out by an IRVE-qualified professional to benefit from these grants.
If you live in a detached house, charging stations are always installed by an experienced technician who has undergone IRVE (Infrastructure de Recharge pour Véhicules électriques) training.
As far as grants are concerned, detached houses are not eligible for the ADVENIR grant. However, you may be eligible for other grants, such as the rate of VAT reduced to 5.5 %. Enough to pay for the equipment and installation of low-cost terminals.
You can benefit from tax credit 75 % towards the cost of installing a home charging point. The credit is capped at €500 per charging point. It is open to individuals, professionals and local authorities, and applies to expenditure incurred between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2025.
Please note: since 1 January 2021, this tax credit has been replaced by MaPrimeRénov'. If you want to know the conditions and exact amount, you can consult this document article on this new energy transition premium.
For professionals and businesses, the ADVENIR programme also offers interesting opportunities for installing charging points. For shared use, aid of 50 % is granted, with a ceiling of €1,660 excluding VAT per charging point. Companies can also claim a €500 tax credit for installing a connected charging point. It is important to note that the tax credit for the installation of a home or business charging point has been extended until 31 December 2025, allowing professionals to plan their investments with complete peace of mind while contributing to the energy transition.
In Occitanie, the network of charging points for electric vehicles is managed by Révéo, offering a practical solution for drivers wishing to recharge their vehicles. Subscribers to the service pay a monthly subscription fee of €1.50, giving them access to reduced rates of up to 50 % compared with public prices.
Tariffs vary according to the type of station: slow stations (up to 7 kW AC) charge a cost per kWh and a cost per minute after 10 hours of connection, while normal stations (up to 22 kW AC) apply different tariffs for daytime and night-time use.
For non-subscribers, it is possible to recharge without a subscription by scanning the QR code on the terminal, but charges will be higher. Fast (up to 50 kW) and high-power (over 50 kW) stations also apply charges beyond a certain connection time. The maximum amount of a transaction for subscribers is capped at €75.00 including VAT.
On average, the cost of driving 100 km in an electric car is around €4, which is a significant saving compared with petrol or diesel vehicles. We advise you to consult the Révéo application or their website for precise information on tariffs and the locations of charging points before recharging.
