The installation went well and was very quick. Regarding the Carrefour card, I had to call at least 3 times + email. The answer each time was that I must have received it in my spam folder. The cable has still not been delivered to us ... since mid-October without any visibility or communication from beev. I find this regrettable and I can no longer contact you.

This is the first time I've given a negative review of a company. I'm usually very cooperative, but this experience was beyond belief. The sales part went very well. The explanations were clear and the person gave you a coherent quote. So I signed the quote on 29 November. After a reminder, I finally received my bollard and an installation appointment was scheduled for 16 December (outside the 10 working days announced, but still acceptable). However, the installation didn't go at all well. The installer did an absolutely unacceptable job and didn't even bother to clean up after himself (a minor detail given the result, but one that shows the installation company's lack of professionalism). And that's when the trouble began! So I wrote to Beev to tell them about the problem --> No reply I contacted the salesman who confirmed that the result was not acceptable and that he would get back to me the next day with a solution. When I didn't hear from him, I called him back every day (several times, in fact) and since then he simply hasn't picked up any of my calls! so there's been no news. I wrote an email to the salesman and another Beev contact... Still no reply. I wrote again to the generic beev address... on 29/12 and there (miracle), I finally get a reply. Except that the reply just says that it confirms that the installation is not acceptable, that they've fired the installer, but offers no solution. So I asked for a solution, and obviously I'm not prepared to pay the bill. And that if I don't get the work done by 31 December, I won't get the tax credit (for which I'm obviously asking for compensation for the delta, which is not my responsibility). And then, instead of finding a solution (or at least proposing one), I get the bill in reply! Complete lunacy In short, here we are on 30 December, the quote was signed over a month ago, and Beev is no longer responding. Good luck to anyone who wants to work with them!

Not really satisfied... We placed the order and paid the full invoice on 8 December (more on this below), with the promise of installation within 10 working days. This should have taken us to 22 December at the latest. However, the appointment was fixed for 30/12. But surprise! On Sunday 28 December, they called to tell us that the 30th was no longer possible, and that they were bringing the installation forward to the 29th at 10am. And on the 29th at 9.10am: ding dong! "We're already here! I might as well tell you that deadlines and appointments are just decoration... Regarding the terminal: it's not the installer who brings it to you. It's BEEV who sends it to you - of course without telling you that it's going to happen like that, otherwise it's no fun. It's up to you to be there on the day of delivery, because if you miss it as well, you're likely to see the installer coming before you've collected the bollard from the local drop-off point... As for payment, we were told that we could pay in instalments, but on the form it was all or nothing. So we paid in full. Not very flexible, but hey... As for the friendliness of the team: not much to say. There are 3 of them, they're friendly and have a smile on their face. They get the job done. We chatted a bit, I offered the coffee... Once the installation was complete, it was time to check the electrical panel... And of course: it doesn't comply... You have to add €90 before tax (because it's well known that private individuals talk in "before tax" terms) to bring it up to standard. That's €94.95 incl. VAT... oddly enough, the value of the Carrefour gift voucher you're due to receive. In other words, we're paying for the gift voucher ourselves... And that's just an expense... The installation is done, and look at my photos: while drilling my wall, the drilling knocked out my exterior plaster, on a hidden part; so much so that I didn't realise it until after they'd left! Not only did it ruin my wall, but it also gave me the opportunity to realise that the bollard had not been installed on the plate supplied in the manufacturer's box! Now, the plate would have at least hidden the misery a bit... Regarding the T2/T2 single or three-phase cable - 5 metres - (worth €239 incl. VAT) offered: it's laughable. You can find this cable on the Vevor website, identical to the one offered, sold for €77.90 (price crossed out: €109.90). Price incl. VAT (bearing in mind that the company buys them without VAT, and no doubt at wholesale prices...). The invoice therefore inflates the price of the gift by €161.10 including VAT. So when all is said and done... It all leaves a bitter taste. When you sign, you have the feeling that you've been showered with gifts. But in the end : - You pay for your own Carrefour gift voucher almost to the nearest Euro, on the pretext that you have to install an extra part, - you are offered a cable that has tripled in cost, - the plaster on the facade is damaged, - the bollard is not mounted on a base plate. Let's hope that at least all this will work in the long term... (By the way: no information on the parts and labour warranty, no notion of insurance...) I think we're going to have to get used to it. Yesterday, we were cash cows with photovoltaic panels and the CPF. Today and tomorrow, the new cash cows will be electric vehicle owners...

Nothing to run away from Disastrous bollard installed on 25 November. The bollard does not work so opened on 26 November and no date on the replacement. Only reply from the service to benefit from the first made the final payment except that the bollard does not work so I will not pay what is not finished.

The service really isn't up to scratch, with commercial promises broken both in terms of delivery times and delivery tracking! In addition to insisting on taking out insurance, the service is unable to produce the documents needed to collect the vehicle... As this company is commissioned by Tesla and ARVAL, it has no power to restrict fees... Only one account manager seemed to be assigned to this deplorable service...too bad for him, In short, to be avoided!

Change of notice on 25 December 2025. The BEEV company and the installation company reacted very quickly and a new intervention to restore the installation was carried out the following week. Thanks to the manager of the installation company, who took care to replace everything that had been damaged. Our administrative file took some time to complete, but was closed yesterday (24 December). The bollard is now operational, but we're still psychologically unable to charge our vehicle at night. It will take some time. Initial notice 20 November 2025: Good evening, A technician came on Monday to install a Beev charging point at our home. The first short charge on Monday went well but the 2nd this evening had a completely different result. I can't put 0 but I'd have been happy to do so as our electrical installation started to catch fire this evening, cutting off the entire power supply. I haven't finished paying and I won't pay until we've had the proper repairs and the charging cable included in the quote. Our only cable is now stuck in the socket. I can no longer charge my car. I have all the photos of the damage. As a serious company, I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Disaster as soon as you sign the quote. Deadlines not met (dispatch of terminal delayed and installation date postponed 2 times). Delesteur wrongly paid. Not to mention the sub-contractors who left my garden uncultivated. Finally, an after-sales service that doesn't give a damn about me. I wouldn't recommend them!

The call came a few hours after my request, the quote was sent almost immediately, accepted and paid for straight away... and since then there's been no news for a week. The online interface indicates that my journey is «complete» and invites me to take advantage of my terminal... which I still don't have. The sales representative, who was very available when I needed to sign on urgently, no longer responds to text messages or emails. Phone calls are forwarded to a generic email address. In short: a perfectly oiled sales process, but as soon as the payment is received, there's no-one left.

We've been working on this since 27 October, and it would be great if the terminal could be up and running by the end of the year, but I doubt it. The bollard wasn't installed within 10 days, but that's not too serious. The powerboost, which cost €127 inc VAT, wasn't installed because it wasn't necessary for this product (according to the installer himself). So I asked for a refund and the salesman told me that the powerboost was installed inside before sending me the bollard... except that the bollard is already quite flat inside and the powerboost is too big to be put inside. Anyway, it's designed to be installed on the electrical panel.... No reply since. So LOOK CAREFULLY AT WHAT IS ACTUALLY INSTALLED AND BILLED! What's more, I still haven't received the free cable and the €100 voucher. A complaint has been made to the DGCCRF.

I highly recommend BEEV and its customer advisor EMMANUEL DAVID VENZE. He listened to my needs and constraints and was able to advise me on the choice of bollard. Very quick quote, good follow-up and listened to my requests to finalise the quote. The IRVE-certified installer then got in touch with me very quickly; the installation was carried out and met my expectations in less than a week after signing the quote. All in all, I would recommend BEEV without hesitation for a quality service.

The quote was given very quickly and so was the installation! For the Carrefour gift card, I had to contact them again because I hadn't received anything, but in one morning and in less than two emails, with a very responsive after-sales service, everything was sorted! So you could say that everything went almost perfectly from start to finish. As for the terminal, it's very powerful, intuitive and optimised. The application is very practical and ergonomic. I highly recommend it!

Just perfect! If only all purchases went this smoothly. I had my charging point installed in August via the Carrefour/BEEV partnership (€100 gift card + charging cable). If you can, ask for Ulysse DESTOM, he's super responsive, very friendly and manages to meet your needs. Quote validated on a Friday, bollard received on Wednesday and installed 7 days later. Nothing to say about the installer, he configured the bollard, tested it and it's been working perfectly for 4 months. The app is very useful for monitoring consumption. I recommend BEEV without reservation and I recommend Ulysse for its support. Frédéric

Disastrous experience with the installation of my recharging point: the 1st point burnt out when the technician plugged it in, a new point had to be installed, and we're nowhere near the 10-day deadline... Explanations of commissioning are non-existent and, to finish off, there are systematic bugs when I plug in my vehicle, I have to switch off and on again at the circuit-breaker for it to work... I had other companies quote for me, but apparently I didn't choose the right one!

I thought I would be satisfied with beev but unfortunately I have to admit that this is not the case. appointment with the electrician who never turned up, not even a text message to let me know and what's more I am the one who has to call beev to get news. after several attempts I am finally told that the intervention is scheduled for 25/09, so one month after the purchase of my terminal, a far cry from the 10 working days promised in the advert, so I am really disappointed.

New hybrid car, so information about a charging point. After various conversations with competitors, the cost was around €2,000.... Then a call from BEEV, Sofiane explained that, given my hybrid vehicle, a simple reinforced socket would do the job and cost me much less. The only condition is that it has to be fitted by a professional. He could have sold me a plug like the competitors, but he didn't, which shows how serious the BEEV employees are. I did not do business with BEEV, but I would recommend 1000% for their reliability and honesty. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Special mention to Sofiane... Thank you again for your professionalism (it's not commonplace any more... Don't change!!!).
