To reduce the cost of installing photovoltaic panels, the government has introduced a number of financial incentives, including :
Self-consumption allowance: From €900 for 3 kWp to €2070 for 9 kWp;
Feed-in tariff for photovoltaic electricity: From €0.0780 to €0.1654 per kWh ;
VAT: ⩽ 3 kWp = 10 % (on houses over 2 years old only), 20 % above ;
