I'm happy to change my opinion! After a bumpy experience with the vehicle, my 1st opinion was negative... BEEV was able to recognise its temporary error and compensate for it, which I appreciated. When you recognise your mistakes and take responsibility for them, it's normal to modify your opinion!

I used Beev to lease my car and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my application was processed. I sent in my documents at 3pm and received a positive reply at 6pm the same day. Alaé and Ryma were very responsive, answering all my questions quickly, which made the process much easier. The only thing that could be improved would be better communication. For example, access to an online platform with email notifications at each stage of the order would enable the customer to easily track progress, find out whether the order has been taken into account, and find out the expected delivery date. It would also save the customer unnecessary worry and the need to call sales several times. I would recommend Beev to 100% for their professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness.
