The quote was given very quickly and so was the installation! For the Carrefour gift card, I had to contact them again because I hadn't received anything, but in one morning and in less than two emails, with a very responsive after-sales service, everything was sorted! So you could say that everything went almost perfectly from start to finish. As for the terminal, it's very powerful, intuitive and optimised. The application is very practical and ergonomic. I highly recommend it!

Just perfect! If only all purchases went this smoothly. I had my charging point installed in August via the Carrefour/BEEV partnership (€100 gift card + charging cable). If you can, ask for Ulysse DESTOM, he's super responsive, very friendly and manages to meet your needs. Quote validated on a Friday, bollard received on Wednesday and installed 7 days later. Nothing to say about the installer, he configured the bollard, tested it and it's been working perfectly for 4 months. The app is very useful for monitoring consumption. Bollard installer, very serious, there was a small problem with the choice of bollard, they managed everything from start to finish, they came back to install a new bollard and followed us through to the end.
