A big thank you to a very efficient and responsive team that also listens to the customer. Followed through to the end of the project to install a Wallbox at home. The installer was also very professional and made a competitive offer. I'd definitely recommend them.

I'm changing my opinion and won't be giving it 5 stars. The order and the quote Ok speed of sending and sale of the quote and explanations nickel nickel! But there was a huge problem with the knowledge, timescales and management between acceptance and the site itself, which was a complete flop. However, that's why I changed my review Beev was able to bounce back (with time) and carry out the work and monitor the site, which went ahead afterwards without a hitch. I would therefore like to thank Beev for making up for this mismanagement and taking the necessary action.

I used Beev to lease my car and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my application was processed. I sent in my documents at 3pm and received a positive reply at 6pm the same day. Alaé and Ryma were very responsive, answering all my questions quickly, which made the process much easier. The only thing that could be improved would be better communication. For example, access to an online platform with email notifications at each stage of the order would enable the customer to easily track progress, find out whether the order has been taken into account, and find out the expected delivery date. It would also save the customer unnecessary worry and the need to call sales several times. I would recommend Beev to 100% for their professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness. Well done to the whole team!

Very happy with the installation of my terminal. My advisor was very responsive and attentive. The installer was very professional, the installation was very clean and the site was left in perfect condition. The context wasn't easy as there was a power cut on the network due to a storm, but the electrician was able to adapt to the situation. Despite a bug on the website during invoicing, following contact by email, the problem was resolved within the day. The project is therefore being followed up and the support is responsive, so I'm very happy. I recommend it ;-).
