2024 unveils a series of innovative vehicles ready to redefine the standards of performance, safety and environment.autonomy and design. Manufacturers are vying with each other to come up with avant-garde models that will make their mark this year.

In this exploration of the next generation of electric SUVs, we plunge into a world of technological sophistication and ecological performance, where four wheels are synonymous with innovation and daring.

Alfa Romeo B-SUV

The Alfa Romeo B-SUV could make its official debut next spring, signalling the carmaker's arrival in the Electric SUVs. Indeed, Alfa Romeo aims for full electrification by 2027but does not yet have an electric model. That's where this new model comes in. Alfa Romeo is becoming increasingly active in its foray into the city crossover segment. Scheduled for 2024, this new model is provisionally called the Alfa Romeo B-SUV as part of Project 966.

Based closely on the Fiat 600e and Jeep AvengerThis new electric SUV will combine the following features:

  • 115 kW engine,
  • around 400 km of range according to the WLTP cycle,
  • torque of 260 Nm.

Unfortunately, some surprising images of the Alfa Romeo B-SUV have recently leaked online. Rumour has it that a designer involved in the project accidentally shared the photos.

Although their authenticity has yet to be verified, the front design seems reminiscent of an earlier glimpse seen during the Alfa Romeo CEO's visit to the Tychy plant in Poland, where this vehicle will be built.

The name of this forthcoming model has yet to be confirmed. According to reports, it could be called the Brennero. To be continued.

The vehicle will be based on the recent STLA Medium modular platform, already used for the Peugeot e-3008.

The electric car in question turns out to be the SUV codenamed 'D85', an evolution of the ASL (Aero Sport Lounge) concept car from 2020. What's more, its elevated estate configuration will combine the height favoured by SUVs with a aerodynamics thanks to its measured roof height, promoting autonomy.

Here are just a few of the features we've managed to unearth for you:

  • battery of 98 kWh,
  • range of 700 km,

The Elroq, based on the Volkswagen Group's MEB platform like theEnyaqwill be the pioneer among the three electric models announced by Skoda between 2024 and 2026.

Measuring approximately 4.5 metres in lengthElroq will be positioned between the Peugeot e-2008 and the Kia Niro EV on the market. However, we have no further information to provide at this time, although we do know that his scheduled for release in October 2024 and that it will be produced in Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic.

The brand is already celebrating 10,000 reservations for its electric car.

In addition, the electric Citroën ë-C3 will be offered in the social leasing in 2024. While a monthly cost of €100 was expected, the good news is that in the end it will only be €100. 54 a month!

The monthly cost of this ë-C3 will be 54 euros as part of a social leasing scheme where several conditions must be met:

The next Spring differs considerably from its current version, and here is the information we have.

Initially, it will feature a digital dashboard, a large screen and a suspended centre console similar to the MG4The Dacia Spring will therefore adopt modern standards. Despite this, the materials used could remain basic in order to reduce costs, and the technical evolutions of the Dacia Spring will be limited. As such, it will maintain :

  • two versions (45 or 65 bhp),
  • and a 26.8 kWh battery.

Dacia could review the chassis settings and tyre quality, which are currently problematic, on occasion, although this remains uncertain. The verdict will be given in spring 2024. It's worth remembering, however, that this city car is not a new model. no longer eligible for 2024 environmental bonusThis could hinder its success against the Citroën ë-C3.
