The quote was given very quickly and so was the installation! For the Carrefour gift card, I had to contact them again because I hadn't received anything, but in one morning and in less than two emails, with a very responsive after-sales service, everything was sorted! Just perfect! If only all purchases went this smoothly. I had my charging point installed in August via the Carrefour/BEEV partnership (€100 gift card + charging cable). If you can, ask for Ulysse DESTOM, he's super responsive, very friendly and manages to meet your needs. Quote validated on a Friday, bollard received on Wednesday and installed 7 days later. Nothing to say about the installer, he configured the bollard, tested it and it's been working perfectly for 4 months. The app is very useful for monitoring consumption. Bollard installer, very serious, there was a small problem with the choice of bollard, they managed everything from start to finish, they came back to install a new bollard and followed us through to the end.
