This carbon impact will be calculated by an "environmental score" based on the CO2 emissions generated during production, including the battery and transport.
The official list of eligible cars will not be published until December. But don't wait! Vehicles on order up to 15 December and delivered within three months will still benefit from the old bonus.. (Note that Tesla and BYD are both eligible for the latter).
