Install charging stations in Pays de la Loire

Finding a charging point in Pays de la Loire won't be any more complicated or different than in Brittany or Charente-Maritime. Charging points are often strategically located in shopping mall parking lots, hotel parking lots or freeway service stations. 

To be sure of finding a charging station on your route, the safest thing to do is to use apps that list charging stations in your area. We've listed them for you below: 

• ChargeMap: is an interactive map that references a very large number of charging stations. It is specially designed for electric vehicle users. It enables users of these vehicles to plan their journeys in the best possible way, and to add charging stations themselves that the application would not have referenced on its own. 
• Ouest Charge: is a network of charging stations operating especially in the west of France, more specifically in Pays de la Loire, Normandy and Brittany. In addition to an application that lists charging stations, Ouest Charge offers a subscription with a charging card that lets you recharge at a preferential rate at the network's charging stations. 
• Google Maps: it's a little-known feature for the general public, but the Google giant's application allows you to locate nearby charging stations! 
• Plugshare: based on the same principle as ChargeMap, Plugshare shows the position of charging stations indicated by its users all over the world. The application is very practical if you travel a lot.

If you want your charging station to be resistant to water, erosion and impact, but above all, if you want to install it outdoors, it will need to meet certain standards. Your bollard will need to meet at least IK08 and IP54 standards to be installed outdoors. These standards indicate that your equipment is capable of withstanding shocks and rain.

2. You will also be asked to provide some information about the power available to your home. 
3. Based on the information you give us, we will provide you with a quotation. Once this quotation has been signed, one of our IRVE installers will be able to carry out their work!

Individuals are not eligible for assistance ADVENIR unless you live in a condominium. In this case, and only in this case, ADVENIR assistance can be granted in two forms:

• for individual charging solutions 
• for collective charging solutions. 

Unlike the ADVENIR bonus, you can take advantage of a tax credit when you install a charge point in your home! The tax credit is awarded to households for the installation of a charging point charging station. You'll be eligible if the expenditure is incurred between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2025.

This credit, which replaces the CITE, applies whether your home is a primary or secondary residence. There are no income requirements for this new tax credit. You must be resident in France for tax purposes as an owner, tenant or lodger. The tax credit is calculated on the purchase price (including VAT) of the equipment or materials shown on the invoice. Parts and supplies intended to be integrated into the equipment or appliance, or to constitute it once assembled, are also included.

The credit is capped at 75% of the expenses incurred, with a maximum amount of 500 euros per charging system.

NB:

The amount of the tax credit for the installation of an electric vehicle charging station is :

• 500 per charging system for a connected terminal
• 300 € per charging system for a non-connected terminal, with or without load shedding

If you have recently equipped your fleet of electric electric vehicles, then you may want to install charging stations to support your fleet's transition to ecomobility. It's easy to do:

• Tell us about your project 
• We'll need a floor plan of the building 
• A photo of the installation site 
• Your electricity bill to determine the power available 

Depending on your project, an on-site survey is more or less recommended.
Following these discussions, we'll send you a quotation, and if it's signed, we'll make an appointment to take care of the installation. All that's left to do is collect your subsidies!

If your company is eligible, you may qualify for a subsidy. This subsidy can only be applied on condition that your employees benefit from this offer during their working hours. 

To obtain this grant, the following projects are eligible for the program ADVENIR:

• For private parking lots: for fleets of heavy goods vehicles: an aid rate of 50% and an amount set between €2,200 and €960,000 excluding VAT,
• For private parking lots open to the public: an aid rate of 30% and a fixed amount of between €1,000 and €2,700 excluding VAT,
• For parking lots open to the public (intermediate target): an aid rate of 30% and an amount of €1,000 before tax,
• For company fleets and employees of short-term rental vehicles: a rate of assistance of 20% and a fixed amount of €600 excluding VAT.

IMPORTANT: these incentives for recharging points open to the general public in private parking lots and for the intermediate target group (hotels, restaurants and shops), will be withdrawn from the ADVENIR program on August 1, 2023.

Good to know: the Advenir program is opening up a new area of support for automotive service professionals, through a partnership with Mobilians, an employers' organization. These bonuses are €750 for employees and fleets. For installations in private parking lots open to the public, the amounts vary from €1,700 to €15,000, depending on the charging capacity. The Pays de la Loire region boasts over 366 free charging stations, including 60 in Nantes alone.
