Electric car leasing, sometimes known as long-term leasing (LLD) or leasing with an option to buy (LOA), is a form of vehicle financing. Leasing is aimed at both private individuals and businesses, and allows a vehicle to be hired for a period of between 12 and 72 months. During this period, the lessee makes fixed monthly payments to the lessor, who remains the owner of the vehicle. When the contract is signed, the lessor receives a new car and pays a monthly rent. Depending on the contract, the monthly payments may include certain additional services such as maintenance, consumables (tyres, brake pads, etc.), assistance and vehicle insurance. Unlike a conventional loan, you won't have to pay any interest, and the final value of the contract stipulated when you signed it will be the same when you return the car. The Kbis extract is the only official document proving the legal existence of your company. Your Kbis extract is your company's identity card. It contains :

The name of your company
Your SIREN number (also known as your RCS registration number)

The address of your company's registered office
The activity you carry out and your NAF code (the code used to define which branch of activity your company belongs to)
The date your company was set up
