Going electric is a revolution. Beev is a team of professionals at your side for the duration of your electric mobility project. Switching from thermal energy to electricity can be complex and time-consuming. Beev's aim is to help you make the transition to electric power quickly and easily.

The electric car is the future! Yes, there are many advantages to switching to an electric car today, including its ecology, cost-effectiveness, lifespan and subsidies. What's more, the sale of combustion-powered cars will be banned in France from 2040, so the future looks bright for electric cars worldwide.

At Beev, we're experts in electric mobility. We can provide you with turnkey solutions. So, if you go through us, you'll be able to get offers on every possible type of financing, and on every electric vehicle on the market. Something a single dealer can't do.

What's more, we work with a large network of dealers throughout France, giving us access to a very large stock of immediately available vehicles.

Beev has chosen to specialize in 100% electric vehicles, because we don't want to sell vehicles that use fossil fuels.

The biggest difference between these two types of vehicle lies in the engine. The internal combustion engine of the internal combustion vehicle burns gasoline or diesel to produce energy. Electric vehicles, on the other hand, use an electric motor that runs on electricity stored in a battery.
The internal combustion engine emits polluting exhaust gases, such as carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx), while the electric vehicle produces no direct emissions, although the carbon footprint depends on how the electricity is generated.
Finally, internal combustion vehicles tend to cost more in fuel and maintenance. With electric vehicles, operating costs are generally lower, thanks to lower electricity rates and fewer moving parts requiring maintenance.

Are electric cars more environmentally friendly than combustion-powered cars? Is that the question? The obvious answer is "yes"! Electric cars do not directly emit carbon dioxide (CO2), one of the main greenhouse gases responsible for global warming. Nor do electric vehicles emit any other polluting gases or fine particles, which cause pollution peaks in major cities.

The first electric car appeared... in 1830! However, the models on sale today have little in common with their ancestors. But how does an electric car work? The principle behind electric cars is quite simple. Instead of an internal combustion engine (gasoline or diesel), it's powered by an electric motor, supplied by a battery built into the vehicle! There's no clutch: simply press the accelerator pedal and the battery releases direct current. A converter then transforms this direct current into alternating current, generating an electromagnetic field that passes through the motor's moving copper coil.

Our website lets you simulate how much you'll save by going electric. These estimates are based on the following criteria:
the average price of petrol and diesel;
kWh/100 km consumption: this corresponds to the average amount of energy consumed by an electric car to drive 100 kilometers;
the average price of kWh electricity in France.

With no clutches, oil changes or exhaust systems, electric vehicles require less maintenance and less frequent servicing than traditional gasoline or diesel vehicles.

Electric cars accelerate faster than combustion-powered cars, and have more than enough speed for regular use. Electric motors convert over 85% of electrical energy into mechanical energy, or motion, compared with less than 40% for a gas combustion engine.

New electric vehicles benefit from an ecological bonus that can be added to the conversion premium. Together, the bonus and the premium can amount to up to €13,000 for a new electric passenger car.
In addition, various regional grants are available.

The additional costs of an electric car are not numerous: maintenance and recharging are the main additional costs for an electric car.

Electric car battery warranties average 8 years or 160,000 kilometers, although this varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Of course! Electric car batteries can be recycled. Nearly 20,000 tonnes are recycled every year in France, a figure likely to rise to 700,000 tonnes by 2035.

At the end of their life, electric car batteries undergo a crucial final stage: recycling. The aim is to recover as many reusable resources as possible, while consuming as little energy as possible. Recycling an electric vehicle battery meets a dual challenge: to reduce the amount of waste generated when a battery reaches the end of its life, and to encourage the reuse of as many of the components and resources involved in its manufacture as possible.

There are several types of financing for electric vehicles:

- Cash purchase
- Long-term leasing
- Lease with purchase option

To find out which financing option is right for you, please contact one of our experts.

In the case of leasing, you will be invoiced on receipt of your vehicle.

Yes, you can test drive a vehicle before you order it. In fact, it's highly recommended that you test-drive the vehicle, so that you can fully appreciate the specific features of an electric vehicle. Talk to one of our sales representatives about scheduling a test drive to suit your schedule and your geographical area. You can write to us at [email protected].

Our teams will deal with your request as quickly as possible. When you contact our after-sales service, you'll get a response within a day.
We pay particular attention to each request. However, processing times may vary depending on the type of problem you are experiencing.
