I recently had Beev install a charging station at my home for my electric vehicle. I specifically paid for a triphase installation, which allows for faster charging. However, there was a miscommunication, and the technician initially installed a monophase setup. This could have been a major setback, but Beev impressed me with how they handled it. They readily acknowledged the mistake and took full responsibility for the extra work needed. At their own expense, Beev scheduled a return visit to upgrade the installation to the triphase setup I originally requested. The technicians who came back were professional and efficient. They completed the upgrade quickly and left my workspace clean. Most importantly, the triphase charger is now functioning perfectly! While the initial mix-up caused a slight delay, I truly appreciate Beev's commitment to getting things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the triphase installation I paid for. Their customer service and willingness to rectify the situation were outstanding. Overall, I highly recommend Beev for EV charger installation. But then everything went very quickly. Finalization of the quote on 24/04, signature done and payment by Paypal made in the nick of time. Mail explaining that I was going to receive my bollard and be contacted by a technician quickly, great finally it goes well! I did receive the terminal on 27/04 but I was disillusioned because no contact with a technician despite my reminders. I had said from the outset that I was in a hurry because my vehicle was arriving on 03/05, and I had sent messages as early as 24/04 to anticipate the installation schedule. Radio silence since, I've had no feedback. Edit: I don't know if it's the fact that I posted a message here, but my situation was unblocked and the technician scheduled an appointment on the date I wanted. He showed professionalism and efficiency. I recommend Beev.

The installation went off without a hitch and the work was very clean. Unfortunately the bollard broke down, but after sending an e-mail to the after-sales service, I received a new bollard 2 days later, and it was installed within a week. Really very responsive and a serious company.
