Installation of an outdoor bollard, 1st contact and delivery of the bollard impeccable, concerning the home installation it's complicated! Several days of installation were cancelled due to a lack of parts. On the day of installation, the estimate called for a 40/60 cm deep trench, and we found ourselves with a sheath just under the gravel. Since then, radio silence. Beev has been informed and should get back to us! Since then, radio silence.
Excellent service! Many thanks to Léonard Morignot for his follow-through and seriousness throughout the process. Would definitely do it again if I ever buy a Tesla or another electric car. Many thanks again!
Our three-phase switchboard was a bit "overcrowded" and lacked space, following 2 installations of photovoltaic panels by two different companies, but the electricians, after a period of analysis, were able to adapt and find the best solution. Friendly and professional.

In mid-July I signed up on the Beev website to install a bollard. It was agreed to have a telephone conversation with a man called Léo on July 18 at 9am. That day, no one contacted me... So I contacted the number on the appointment e-mail myself, without success. Following this double failure, I sent an e-mail to the sales rep who was supposed to get back to me... To which I received no reply... In short, after 2 weeks of waiting, and despite my call and e-mail, I signed elsewhere for the installation of the bollard (and lost 2 weeks for a bollard that I needed at the beginning of August and that will finally be installed only in mid-August by the competitor who did his best to save the furniture...). In short, what's the point of registering, filling in information, making a telephone appointment, if it's not to be called back and then not bother to reply to the e-mail in which I ask for another opportunity to talk together. When I see all the positive reviews, I'm completely baffled!

Delivery was just as quick, as was the appointment with the installer. He was very professional, and didn't hesitate to crawl into the crawl space to replace an incorrectly positioned sleeve. When I noticed a malfunction a few days later, I called him back, and he came back the same day to find a fault in my general electrical installation, find the solution and correct it, all at no extra cost. I recently had Beev install a charging station at my home for my electric vehicle. I specifically paid for a triphase installation, which allows for faster charging. However, there was a miscommunication, and the technician initially installed a monophase setup. This could have been a major setback, but Beev impressed me with how they handled it. They readily acknowledged the mistake and took full responsibility for the extra work needed. At their own expense, Beev scheduled a return visit to upgrade the installation to the triphase setup I originally requested. The technicians who came back were professional and efficient. They completed the upgrade quickly and left my workspace clean. Most importantly, the triphase charger is now functioning perfectly! While the initial mix-up caused a slight delay, I truly appreciate Beev's commitment to getting things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the triphase installation I paid for. Their customer service and willingness to rectify the situation were outstanding. Overall, I highly recommend Beev for EV charger installation. They are professional, responsive, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
