Modification of my opinion following the progress of my case. On a positive note, the price, Beev is one of the most competitive but ..., I had to schedule 3 telephone appointments to be able to speak to someone, probably a victim of their success. But then everything went very quickly. Finalization of the quote on 24/04, signature done and payment by Paypal made in the nick of time. Mail explaining that I was going to receive my bollard and be contacted by a technician quickly, great finally it goes well! I did receive the terminal on 27/04 but I was disillusioned because no contact with a technician despite my reminders. I had said from the outset that I was in a hurry because my vehicle was arriving on 03/05, and I had sent messages as early as 24/04 to anticipate the installation schedule. Radio silence since, I've had no feedback. Edit: I don't know if it's because I posted a message here, but my situation has been resolved and the technician is coming early Friday afternoon. Final opinion once the terminal is installed......

The installation went off without a hitch and the work was very clean. Unfortunately the bollard broke down, but after sending an e-mail to the after-sales service, I received a new bollard 2 days later, and it was installed within a week. Really very responsive and a serious company.

I can confirm the responsiveness of the BeeV teams in proposing the best solution to resolve my problem. Marhez of the after-sales service was very reactive and provided a qualitative and personalized follow-up. He made sure that my terminal was properly reinstalled and working properly. The Beev after-sales service deserves 5 stars, and I'm putting 4 on my review because the overall result is now satisfactory. My bollard is working properly, and I'm recharging my vehicle perfectly. Kind regards == Opinion of March 15, 2024 === Very bad experience during the installation of my electric terminal. I wanted to trust a young company thanks to their rather effective communication but the result was quite different... Very very disappointed... You promised to deliver a worry-free service? I felt anxious, frustrated and very sorry to have called on Beev... A haphazard installation, unacceptable and very dangerous cut-outs that didn't comply at all with safety standards => brightly colored wires without any protection/insulation... The customer experience is not at all up to scratch and the commercial gesture is not up to the level of the trauma experienced... I wasted an enormous amount of time with my family and children, and in the evenings trying to charge in vain, fearing an accident. Despite the responsiveness of the after-sales service, the fact remains that the customer experience is unfortunately not up to scratch. And I had to reschedule a 2nd visit (on another day off, time I didn't spend with my children) to get the installation up to "clean" and safety standards. Your desire to optimize unfortunately resulted in a very mixed result and a failed customer experience...
The customer service was excellent, the result was not thus far through no fault of Beev. Leo Chaput did an exceptional job of guiding me through the initial processes. He was knowledgeable and much more engaged than traditional dealerships. The downside is Beev is you cannot test drive the cars and you are at the mercy of financial institutions that are archaic in France. Needing to print out documents to fill them out by hand and having the famous "it is not possible' attitude that is quite contagious here.

Encouraged by the positive reviews I ordered my terminal on this site. Since January 25th radio silence despite X emails and calls. So the 10-day commitment etc. Even on this date, no call from a technician to arrange an appointment, however far away it may be, and no supply of the requested documents... Update. On 16.02 a team actually came to install. Quite late, but at least they seemed friendly. As for configuring the terminal (app, booster, green mode) I had to do it myself, because they didn't know. Rating down to 1/5 again, no beev service, no reply to emails for weeks, fortunately the wallbox service is trying to find a solution. In short, beev is losing speed, move on, they don't have enough people to serve customers and installers don't fully master the equipment.

Bollard changed 1 time... Still defective... Technician visits with no solution... So today I'm still without an electric bollard... And today I get a reminder asking me to pay the bill !!! What a joke!!!

Installation of a COOPER SB bollard via BEEV. At first, not very reassured by the care taken by the installer... As a result, a crazy connection, the load shedding doesn't work, the Linky meter goes into security mode 😱 I send emails to BEEV and WALLBOX, the installer returns after several reminders... The installer comes back, indeed, he made a mistake and completely modifies the load-shedding connection...it's really not reassuring!!!! As a result, the bollard is now constantly regulating around 4kWh, with no other appliance in operation. This is not normal, when it should be delivering 7.4kWh. I contacted BEEV and WALLBOX again, and had to send several more emails to get things moving... it's really annoying! I finally get in touch with Hubert from BEEV, a serious guy, who wants nothing to do with it! With the help of WALLBOX, the problem is finally solved: the installer's settings are incorrect! Decidedly, it's a job as they say... Now everything's in order, it works as it should. Even so, it took 4 and a half months to comply. As in any business, it's a staffing problem - I didn't get the right installer! As for the terminal itself, there's nothing to complain about.

Fast, compliant installation, efficient after-sales service! I had a copper SB bollard installed by Beev. Fast shipping, efficient installation by an electrician partner. Unfortunately, the bollard is incompatible with my electric vehicle. The problem came from the vehicle's charger (not well documented on the new vehicle), but BEEV agreed to change the bollard for another model. Everything works perfectly. Thank you Beev and well done to the very efficient after-sales service (unlike Wallbox!).
