First glimpse of the Fiat 600e during the filming of a spot in Rome

The automaker released a video with which it wanted to share messages of openness and inclusion towards other cultures, the same ones it shares as a global brand. The new electric Fiat 600, also known as the Fiat 600e, is prominently featured in the video.

In addition to being able to see once again the appearance of the little SUV, in this case in white, we can also observe for a few moments the dashboard of which we had seen a very first glimpse thanks to a few Stories shared on the Instagram account by Olivier François, Fiat's CEO.

In recent days, further images of the new electric SUV had been circulating. In addition, the Fiat 600e was spotted in downtown Lecce to shoot another advertisement for its forthcoming appearances. Images of various Fiat 600e on a car carrier were also shared.

From now on, there are no more secrets. We already know all about the design, thanks to the photos that have emerged in recent weeks. The video shared by Fiat gives you an even better look at the shape of the electric car without any kind of camouflage.

Autonomy, design and performance: the little Italian model reveals its secrets

In terms of performance, we already know that the SUV will be closely linked to the Jeep Avenger. It will feature a 115 kW (156 hp) electric motor with 260 Nm of torque, powered by a 54 kWh (51 kWh usable) battery that will provide a range of around 408 km according to the WLTP cycle. At the time of the presentation, we understood that there will also be a 136 hp micro-hybrid version later on.

In terms of dimensions, it will also be very similar to the American Jeepmodel, with a length of 4 m and based on the same CMP platform. The appearance of the Fiat 600e's headlamps is reminiscent of the 500's half-open eyelid-like lashes. Borrowing the bold styling of its front end, the 600's side sills and wheel-arch guards are finished in an intense black. Proudly bearing the "600" badge, these details lend a distinctive allure and mark your arrival with elegance.

The instrumentation features a small digital instrument cluster, elegantly topped by a cap, and a spacious touchscreen in the center of the dashboard. Just below, a row of intuitive buttons lets you master essential functions such as ventilation. The video was shot in early May. At that time, images of the white Fiat 600e were leaked on the net during the recording of a commercial in Rome.
