A charging station is an electrical device for recharging electric or hybrid vehicles from the electrical grid.

A charging station offers a faster, more powerful solution than a reinforced socket, enabling more efficient recharging of your electric vehicle. In a single-family home, the installation of a reinforced socket can cost between 600 and 900 euros, which is a significant investment for a recharge that is on average x times slower than a charging point.

All the charging stations we install feature a universal T2S plug that works with all vehicles sold in France and Europe. This means you can charge every vehicle possible at your charging station.

Charging stations come in a range of power ratings, from 3 kW to 22 kW. Some can go up to 350 kW, but these are ultra-fast charging stations designed for public charging stations, and require a dedicated electrical infrastructure.

Load shedding is an energy management function that efficiently distributes the available power between the charging station and your electrical appliances to avoid overloading your installation. It's an essential element that we understand in every one of our installations.

Yes, our charging station model allows you to track your consumption via an application or online interface. You can also download an excel spreadsheet of your consumption, with costs excluding VAT for given periods.

A powerboost or load shedder is a system that regulates the energy delivered by your charging station to avoid a disjunction (when the electricity is cut off). The powerboost enables your charging station to adapt to the power available on your electrical installation.

Contrary to popular belief, the installation of charge points is proceeding apace, so there's no problem here. Most vehicles are compatible with all chargers, but only accept a certain number of kW/h, which defines whether a vehicle charges more or less quickly. If you're still not sure, and would like to get your own home charging solution, Beev has its own network of IRVE-approved installers, and can help you with this.

Recharging time depends on the capacity of the charging station and your vehicle's battery. To determine the recharge time from 0 to 100%, perform the following calculation: Battery capacity divided by charger power.

Charging station prices vary according to model. We offer a connected and a non-connected model at 920 and 700 euros respectively. Then there's the cost of installation, which varies according to the type of installation you're planning. For a quotation, click here.

Beev has been the expert in electric vehicles for over 3 years, offering a complete turnkey solution for the installation of charging stations. We adapt to your needs and the realities of the field, to offer you the perfect installation.

There's no need to adapt your electrical installation to support the charging station's load, because we take your reality into account and adapt the installation accordingly. In some cases, electricity packages need to be reviewed to bring you more power and take full advantage of your charging station's capabilities.

Yes, our connected charging station model features a connection to solar panels to recharge your vehicle with solar energy.

A functional bollard is not eligible for replacement. However, if it does not meet your actual needs, a new quotation will be issued for its purchase and installation.

If your charging point is a Wallbox Copper SB, Wallbox Technical Support will first carry out remote tests to determine the source of the problem. If replacement is indeed necessary, technical support will send you a new charging station by parcel post to the address of your choice, then send one of their technicians to replace and collect the non-functional charging station. If your charging station is a Circontrol, we will not be able to replace it. We will, however, replace the defective parts. They will be sent to you by post, and we will arrange for one of our technicians to service the bollard at a time of your choosing.

Once on site, the installer will replace any faulty parts and ensure that the bollard is working properly again.

To validate your order, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your installation. In this case, the remaining 50% must be paid on delivery of the charging station. You can also choose to pay in 3 or 4 instalments via our partners Paypal or Paypal from your personal space; you will then be debited automatically each month after your first payment.

When completing your tax return, please fill in box 7EQ. Enter the amount paid for the charging station, including VAT, and the €300 credit will automatically be applied to your tax return. If you have already paid all your taxes, you will be reimbursed on your account or the amount will be deducted from your next taxes.

The average delivery time for a charging station is one week from the date of signature of your quotation and receipt of payment. Beev adapts to your needs and can, if you wish, schedule delivery of the charging station at a later date according to your preferences and what was agreed with you when you placed the order.

Unfortunately, delivery of the T2 charging cable is not included in our charging station installation packages. However, we can add the T2 cable to your quote (you can choose a 5m or 7m cable). Please contact us at [email protected] to add the cable to your quote.

You can download an excel spreadsheet of your consumption with costs excluding VAT for given periods via the application. This table can be transferred to the departments in charge of reimbursements within your company.

If your charging station malfunctions, don't panic! Our after-sales team will be happy to help. Instructions are available to help you. To access them, go to "Recharge", then "After Sales", or click here. If you can't find the solution you're looking for, please contact us at [email protected] or by telephone on +33 6 72 49 74 63, from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.

There are several possible causes of a disconnected installation. It may be that your charging station is not adapted to your power draw. If your charging station is not equipped with a powerboost, the energy delivered by it cannot be regulated and is therefore delivered in excessive quantities.

If, on the other hand, you have a powerboost and your installation still switches off, this means that it's not set up correctly: If you have a Copper SB Wallbox, go to your MyWallbox application and proceed as follows: settings → upgrade → powerboost. Once you've reached this stage, you'll need to enter the power in amperes of your entire installation.

To find it, you need to transpose your kVA package into amperes (you can refer to the table below). Then save your entry and the RXTX code will light up on your powerboost's display; this means that the setting is effective and that the load shedding is working correctly.

If your cable is stuck in the charging station, please start a charge and then cancel it to see if the cable unlocks. Once the charge has been cancelled, and if you hear a slight noise (the cable unlocks from the charging station), you can pull the cable out (you may need to use a little force to remove it, but without tearing it from the charging station). If you have a Wallbox charging station, you can go to the application, then to settings, and select "lock cable" or "unlock cable". If you still can't remove it, we'll need to call in a technician to unblock the cable. In this case, please contact us at [email protected]
