In 2017, Grenoble-Alpes Métropole wishes to encourage the use of low-emission vehicles in order to reduce pollution and improve air quality. A prefiguration ZFE was set up on January 1, 2017 for goods vehicles. Grenoble has become a low-emission zone (ZFE) as the scheme has been extended to the vehicle fleet. Grenoble-Alpes Métropole's goal is to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by 75% by 2026 compared with 2017. Like all major French cities, Grenoble is keen to develop the use of electric cars. The city of Grenoble is committed to promoting low-pollution urban mobility, and intends to ban diesel vehicles by 2025 and in the longer term for petrol vehicles.. Since February 2020, the Grenoble-Alpes Métropole EPZ has been extended to 27 communes: Bresson, Champagnier, Champ-sur-Drac, Claix, Corenc, Échirolles, Eybens, Fontaine, Gières, Grenoble, Jarrie, La Tronche, Meylan, Montchaboud, Noyarey, Poisat, Pont-de-Claix, Quaix-en-Chartreuse, Saint-Égrève, Saint-Martin-d'Hères and Domaine Universitaire, Saint-Martin-le-Vinoux, Sassenage, Seyssinet-Pariset, Seyssins, Varces, Venon, Veurey-Voroise.

Documents required for private individuals
The documents you need to apply for a credit or a LOA/LLD for your electric car:
- A copy of your last three pay slips. If you are retired or self-employed, you will be asked for your last one or two tax notices.
- A copy of your valid identity card or passport.
- Proof of address less than 3 months old. This can be a gas, electricity or telephone bill (even a cell phone bill), a rent receipt or a title deed.
A bank details form (RIB). - A signed and completed cheque for the amount of the first rent on your schedule. Payment of the first rent will only be made upon receipt of the vehicle.

How do you calculate your debt ratio?
The debt ratio must not exceed 33% of net household income. In other words, a banker will only accept your application if you can prove that your fixed expenses do not exceed 33% of your net income.

Mais énorme problème de Savoir , de délais et de gestion entre la réception et le chantier en lui même qui a été un bide complet. cependant d'ou la modification de l'avis Beev a su rebondir ( avec le temps) et effectuer les travaux et suivre le chantier qui s'est déroulé après sans aucun accro. J'ai eu recours à Beev pour le leasing de mon véhicule et j'ai été agréablement surpris par la rapidité de traitement de ma demande. J'ai envoyé mes documents à 15h, et j'ai reçu une réponse positive dès 18h le même jour. Alaé et Ryma ont été très réactives, répondant rapidement à toutes mes questions, ce qui a grandement facilité le processus. Le seul point perfectible serait une meilleure communication. Par exemple, un accès à une plateforme en ligne avec des notifications par email à chaque étape de la commande permettrait au client de suivre facilement l’avancement, de savoir si la commande a bien été prise en compte, et de connaître la date de livraison prévue. Cela éviterait également au client de s'inquiéter inutilement et de devoir appeler plusieurs fois les commerciaux.
