This list includes electric cars that are available to buy now, those that can be pre-ordered, and those that have been announced or are on the road in the near future.
1. Rimac Nevera
The Rimac Nevera is one of the finest premium vehicles on the market with 100% electric drive. The Croatian supercar specialist offers the Rimac Nevera, its latest supercar, available from 2.4 million euros.
The Rimac Nevera 's sober carbon-fiber design and gullwing doors are its most appealing features. What's more, the body features thirteen cameras, six radars and twelve ultrasonic sensors to ensure Level 4autonomous driving.
Equipped with a 120 kWh battery, the Rimac Nevera has a WLTP range of up to 550 km and a top speed of 412 km/h.
The Rimac Nevera is powered by four electric motors developing up to 1,915 hp and maximum torque of 2,300 Nm. What's more, when it comes to time, the supercar accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.8 seconds.

2. Tesla Roadster
Planned for 2022, but finally postponed until 2023, the Tesla Roadster is a sporty and undeniably luxurious car.
Promoted by Tesla as the world's most efficient vehicle in terms of range, speed and acceleration. The Tesla Roadster is designed to demonstrate the efficiency of electric cars to the general public.
With a range of 1,000 km thanks to its 200 kWh battery, you can travel long distances in your electric car with complete peace of mind. What's more, the Roadster's motorization will enable you to reach a top speed of 400 km/h and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds.
The Roadster is now available for reservation from €172,000 and €215,000 for the Founder Edition finish. A deposit of €43,000 is required to reserve the vehicle on release.

3. Porsche Taycan
Renowned for its premium vehicles, Porsche unveils its very first luxury electric vehicle. Available in three finishes, the Porsche Taycan has an entry-level price of €108,632.
With up to 761 hp and 1050 N of torque, the Porsche Taycan easily accelerates from 0 to 100% in 2.8 seconds.
Depending on trim level, the Porsche Taycan offers a maximum WLTP range of 463 km in its 4S trim. What's more, just 5 minutes of recharging is enough to obtain up to 100 km of WLTP range at a 270 kW fast-charging station.

4. Tesla Model S
The Tesla Model S is one of the most powerful electric cars on the market, combining premium design with high technology.
Available from €99,990 in its Grande Autonomie trim, this luxury electric sedan boasts a WLTP range of 634 km thanks to its 100 kW battery.
In its Performance version, which optimizes electric vehicle performance at the expense of range, the Model S accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, thanks to its 605 hp engine.
Available from €100,990, the Performance trim gives the Model S Ludicrous Mode, making Tesla a Supercar.

5. Tesla Model X
Released in 2015, the Model X is available from €119,990 in its Grand Autonomy finish, with optional seating for up to 7 people.
Compared to other luxury electric cars, the Model X stands out thanks to its clean lines and upward-opening "Falcon" doors.
Powered by a 95 kWh battery, the Tesla Model X has a WLTP range of up to 560 km. What's more, with the same powertrain as the Model S, the Model X 's four-wheel drive gives it unprecedented performance for an electric SUV.
In fact, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds in its Performance trim and 4.6 seconds in its Grande Autonomie trim.

6. Jaguar i-Pace
The i-Pace is the first luxury electric car from a mainstream manufacturer to challenge Tesla directly at the top end of the market. Jaguar perfectly meets motorists' expectations with the I-Pace. With its dynamic driving dynamics and remarkable interior and exterior design, the Jaguar I-Pace affirms the British automaker's position against other electric vehicles such as the Tesla Model X.
On sale since 2018, the Jaguar I-Pace is available from €81,200 in three finishes:
- S
- SE
- HSE
In terms of range, the I-Pace can easily cover up to 470 km in the WLTP cycle, and offers a rapid charge from 10 to 80% in 44 minutes, with a maximum output of 104 kW. A standard charge takes 9 hours and 15 minutes on an 11 kW socket from 0 to 100%.
Its front- and rear-mounted powertrains enable it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds. Powered by a 90 kWh battery, the Jaguar I-Pace can reach a top speed of 200 km/h.

7. Mercedes EQC
The Mercedes-Benz EQC is a true luxury electric car. It is designed for comfort and perfectly assumes its premium positioning.
Discreet and elegant, the EQC has two engines developing up to 300 kW or 408 hp, while enabling the SUV to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 180 km/h.
Available from €86,149, the 85 kWh battery gives the EQC a range of up to 414 km in the WLTP cycle, with an average consumption of 22.2 kWh per 100 km.
Inside, this luxury electric car features a fully digitized dashboard displaying infotainment and essential navigation information.
