Nous avons fait appel à BEEV pour l'installation de 2 bornes 22kwh au sein de notre établissement vu que nous disposons de plusieurs véhicules 100% électriques dont certains en capacité de prendre cette charge et que nous voulions également proposer le service à nos clients. L'ensemble du dossier s'est parfaitement déroulé et nous avons même eu l'appel quelques jours plus tard pour savoir si tout allé bien. Je modifie mon avis et ne mettrai pas 5 étoiles. La commande et le devis Ok rapidité d'envoie et vente du devis et explications nickel nickel ! Mais énorme problème de Savoir , de délais et de gestion entre la réception et le chantier en lui même qui a été un bide complet. cependant d'ou la modification de l'avis Beev a su rebondir ( avec le temps) et effectuer les travaux et suivre le chantier qui s'est déroulé après sans aucun accro. Je remercie donc Beev pour avoir rattraper cette non gestion et fait les gestes qui fallait

J'ai eu recours à Beev pour le leasing de mon véhicule et j'ai été agréablement surpris par la rapidité de traitement de ma demande. J'ai envoyé mes documents à 15h, et j'ai reçu une réponse positive dès 18h le même jour. Alaé et Ryma ont été très réactives, répondant rapidement à toutes mes questions, ce qui a grandement facilité le processus. Le seul point perfectible serait une meilleure communication. Par exemple, un accès à une plateforme en ligne avec des notifications par email à chaque étape de la commande permettrait au client de suivre facilement l’avancement, de savoir si la commande a bien été prise en compte, et de connaître la date de livraison prévue. Cela éviterait également au client de s'inquiéter inutilement et de devoir appeler plusieurs fois les commerciaux. Je recommande Beev à 100% pour leur professionnalisme, leur efficacité et leur réactivité. Bravo à toute l’équipe !
